CANADIAN HEALTH CERTIFICATE UPDATE: In order to have a Canadian Health Certificate authorized, a federally accredited veterinarian must sign off on the documents. The veterinarian Anoka Equine has been using recently retired from the USDA. Unfortunately, this now means it will take approximately 7-10 working days for processing as the certificates must make it to Madison, WI and return to us by FedEx.
Why is this important? As individuals are planning trips into Canada, it will be imperative to plan accordingly. Canadian Health Certs are only good for 30 days; therefore, with the longer processing time, trips must be scheduled appropriately.
