ANOKA EQUINE CREDIT POLICY
For the 27 years, the veterinarians and staff of Anoka Equine have been dedicated to providing high quality medical care and client service. In order to continue to provide that same level of professional service we constantly invest in new technology, equipment, facilities and continuing education.
Business policies have changed for all of us. In order to offer you and your horses the finest service available, we have instituted a new credit policy. We are now collecting payment at the time of service. Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card. For those clients who can not be present when services are provided we are happy to maintain a credit card authorization that can be processed and a receipt conveniently sent by fax, regular mail or e-mail. If one of these 3 options is not available we have an arrangement with a company called Care Credit to supply credit for payment of veterinary care. You may apply for a Care Credit account within a few minutes by completing a short application form.
Our goal is to provide “state of the art” veterinary care for your horses. This policy will allow us to reduce our outstanding cash that in turn will be invested in hospital facilities, new equipment and training. With your help and cooperation we will continue to make equine veterinary care in Minnesota equal to that available anywhere. |
