Tina Scherer, CVTTina graduated from Argosy University in spring of 2009 with an AAS in Veterinary Technology. She joined Anoka Equine at that time. She enjoys training horses to drive carriages or anything with wheels. She loves driving her favorite 14 yr old Percheron mare, Kate, downtown, in parades, weddings or anywhere. Outside of work Tina likes to coach and play volleyball, cheer on the Wild, play with her dog Schatzie, knit, sew, sleep and volunteer at various events.

Jessica joined the Anoka Equine team in December of 2011. She graduated from North Dakota State University in 2006 with a B. S. in Equine Science and Agribusiness. After graduating from NDSU, she was selected to be the 2007 Breeding Management Intern at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. At the completion of her internship, Jessica accepted a position in Weatherford, Texas as a breeding manager on a cutting horse ranch. After two years in Weatherford, she moved home to MN and managed a local farm. Jessica grew up on a horse farm in Cambridge, MN and actively showed her gelding Heir Apparent (aka Parry) in the MN Pinto Horse Association. In her spare time Jessica enjoys spending time with her animals, trail riding, and pretty much anything outdoors. 
Jennifer started at Anoka Equine in the Spring of 1992. She started working summers with: Dr. Juergens, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Kevin holding horses and stocking trucks. She has worked at various horse farms in the area which mainly included working with mares, foals, and breeding. She has shown horses since she was about 8 years old which included everything from dressage to pleasure to games. These days life is mostly about Disney Princesses, Hanna Montana, soccer games and trail rides with her family. Recently, Jenny has returned to Anoka Equine full-time as the breeding secretary and technician.
Shannon joined Anoka Equine in August of 2007. She graduated from Ridgewater College of Willmar in May 2007 with an Associate in Applied Science Degree / Veterinary Technician. Shannon grew up in a VERY small town west of St. Cloud which is where her family's 10 horses are. She enjoys trail riding and doing parades with her horse Jet, spending time with her family and friends, and basically anything outdoors.
Catherine was part of the AE team from 1998-2002 and rejoined us in Jan 2009. She and her husband live on a hobby farm in Hassan Township that they share with their horses, a herd of corgis and a very patient rottweiler. Catherine is a self-described cutting horse addict and loves to show her horses whenever she can. When she's not working or showing, she'll be trailriding, knitting or taking a much-needed nap.
Kelsey jointed Anoka Equine in the spring of 2008 after graduating from the Minnesota School of Business with an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology. Most of her time is spent at home with her wonderful family. Kelsey has two boys, Dallas and Tayden, with her boyfriend Todd. They also have two cats, Ravy and Dooker, and a pug named E-gor. In her spare time you will find her and her boys at the barn with their Arabian gelding, Cisco.
Katie joined Anoka Equine in February 2011. She completed a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science/ Pre-vet at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cites in May 2010. She went on to complete a A.A.S in Veterinary Technology at Argosy University and graduated in the fall 2011. In Katie’s free time she enjoys volleyball, photography, horse events, fishing, and traveling. She owns a cat, Sasha, a husky, Luke, and horse, Turbo.

Ashley joined Anoka Equine as our night technician in December of 2011 after graduating from Ridgewater College with an AAS in Veterinary Technology and completing her internship at AE. Her passions include riding and training horses, hunting, painting, volleyball, helping out at church, and spending time with family and friends. Ashley devotes the rest of her time to her two Quarter Horses, Sequoia and Chaytan, and her Australian Shepherd, Turner. 
Liz started working for Anoka Equine in January of 2005 as a technician. In the spring of 2009, Liz became the breeding manager at Anoka Equine. She enjoys traveling, extreme sports, snowboarding, riding, and reading.
Jan joined Anoka Equine in March of 2008. I raise and show Paint and Quarter horses. I stand to the public two Stallions, a black and white Overo and a bay and white Overo. When I have free time I spend it in the barn enjoying my horses. I have a new granddaughter Kennedy who enjoys petting all of our 25 horses. Best part of owning horses for me is Foaling Season.
