Routine dental care is essential to your horse's health. Our doctors recommend a thorough oral exam a minimum of once per year, along with regular dental floating as needed. For your convenience, we offer Power Float services at the farm or in the clinic. Advanced procedures such as extractions, periodontal treatment and cavity/caries repair are available, as well as surgical services involving the head, sinus or oral cavity. Typically these services are provided at our hospital. Proper dental care has it rewards. Your horse will be more comfortable, will utilize feed more efficiently, may perform better and may even live longer.
