Jennie
Breeding Manager
Jennie joined AE in 1992 stocking trucks and riding along with doctors to help with farm calls and field surgeries. Jennie gained a great deal of experience working at a variety of local horse farms where she conditioned show horses, handled stallions for breeding and cared for brood mares from breeding to foaling. Jennie loves to be the #1 cheerleader for her 2 teenage daughters whether it be a school sporting event or a horse show! Jennie's family owns a small hobby farm in Princeton. In their spare time they enjoy WSCA horse shows, 4-H events, camping, fishing, trail riding and for sure Jennie enjoys taking an occasional Harley ride with her husband Angelo.
Shannon
Technician Manager & Certified Veterinary Technician
Shannon joined AE in August of 2007 after graduating from Ridgewater College with an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology. Her favorite part of being a veterinary technician at AE is belonging to a team that always does their very best to help each patient that they treat. Shannon enjoys spending time with family, kayaking and riding her horse, Jet.
Dani
Veterinary Technician
Dani joined AE in 2014 as a barn crew member. She was promoted to veterinary technician following her graduation from Minnesota School of Business in 2015 with an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology. Dani has been riding since the age of eight, and grew up competing in WSCA events. In her spare time she enjoys riding her horse, Tanzi, and spending quality time with her husband, son, and three dogs.
Erica
Veterinary Technician
Erica joined AE in winter 2019 as a barn crew member and is currently assisting staff during the day in the summers. She attends school at University of Wisconsin River Falls and is set to graduate with an Equine Science degree in May 2020. Erica enjoys trail riding with her 4 horses, Koda, Lexi, Maxi, and Zip.
Micheyla
Certified Veterinary Technician
Micheyla joined AE in the summer of 2022 after completing her veterinary technician internship with us. She graduated from Ridgewater College with an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology, and the University of Wisconsin River Falls with an animal science degree. In her free time she loves spending time with her horse, Tally, and friends and family."
Kristina
Veterinary Technician
Kristina joined the AE team in July of 2019 as a stall cleaner and recently moved to the technician team in August of 2024. Kristina graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a BS in Equine Science, and recently graduated from Ridgewater College with an AAS in Veterinary Technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two horses Sassy and Dreamer, playing outside with her GSP pup Tucker and spending time with her family.
Kayla
Certified Veterinary Technician
Kayla graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology. Following graduation, she moved to Kentucky and worked at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital before moving back home to Minnesota and starting at Anoka April 2024. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors with her horse, dog, family, and friends.
Sam M.
Certified Veterinary Technician
Sam attended Rochester community and technical college and graduated with an AAS degree in veterinary technology. She completed her internship with AE in the spring of 2024 and joined as a certified vet tech directly thereafter. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, horseback riding, and hanging out with friends and family.
